Verify every figure, citation and regulatory requirement independently before committing capital.

2. Ownership & copyright

All original material on this site — the analysis, the methodology as expressed, the prose, the layout, the graphics — is the property of The Absence Audit and is protected by copyright law. The underlying scientific facts and ideas are drawn from the published literature and are not ours; the expression is.

3. What you may do

You may read and share individual public pages, and the free sample, for non-commercial informational purposes, with attribution and a link back to this site.

4. Paid dossiers are licensed, not sold

A purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read the dossier and keep a copy for your own use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, republish, resell, sublicense, batch-download, scrape, crawl or mirror dossiers. No copyright is transferred.

5. AI / machine-learning training

No part of this site, including the paid dossiers, may be used to train, fine-tune or otherwise improve a machine-learning or generative-AI model, and no content may be scraped for manual re-publication.

6. No warranty

Everything is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The publisher is not liable for any use of, or reliance on, this material.
