MICP for vaterite nanoparticles is thoroughly validated in literature and offers rapid batch turnaround within 2 to 24 hours. Using simple ambient mixing tanks avoids high CapEx while producing high-value drug carriers from low-cost precursors. This concept satisfies all five framework criteria.
